概要
Fear is one of the most powerful forces that shapes human behavior. It can protect us, warn us, and sometimes even save our lives. But when fear becomes the voice that guides every decision we make, it stops being a protector and starts becoming a prison.
The strange thing about fear is that the prison it creates has no visible walls. There are no locked doors, no guardsstanding watch. Yet millions of people live inside this prison every day. They stay silent when they want to speak. They hold back when they want to try. They settle for less than they deserve because the thought of change feels morefrightening than the pain of staying the same.
Fear has a way of convincing us that safety lies in standing still. It whispers, “Don’t take the risk. Don’t rock theboat. Don’t step outside your comfort zone.” And slowly, without even realizing it, we begin shrinking our lives.
