概要
This week Heidi dives into the topic of trust in the workplace. It's a topic that has been on her mind for some time and she wanted to give some honest thoughts and opinions on how it feels to be trusted in the workplace.
She shares some of her own experiences of trust (or the lack of) in places she has work both pre and post pandemic and explains how the lack of trust can have a negative impact on your mental health.
Heidi also provides her own insights into whether you can have too much trust and autonomy in the workplace and the fact there is a balance that needs to be found in the new hybrid working world.
Key Takeaways
- What does it mean to be trusted in the workplace?
- Can you have too much trust and autonomy as an employee?
- Her own experiences of workplaces and how they have shown a lack of trust and micromanaging
