概要

🎙️ Tranceformation Talks is for high-functioning minds with anxiety.

If you are successful, capable and driven yet internally wired, restless or constantly overthinking, this podcast is for you.

I’m Julie Chal, Clinical Hypnotherapist specialising in Rapid Transformational Therapy® and Conversational Hypnosis. Here, we go beyond surface-level mindset advice and break down the deeper architecture of anxiety, from nervous system conditioning and emotional protection to trauma responses, identity conflict and the unconscious drivers of self-sabotage.

This is not motivational talk. It is psychological clarity.

Each episode brings grounded therapy insight, nervous system education and practical depth to help you understand why you think the way you do and what is actually happening beneath it.

Some episodes include guided hypnosis. Please do not listen while driving or operating machinery. Hypnosis is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, psychosis or severe mental health conditions.

If you are ready to stop fighting your anxiety and start understanding it, you are in the right place.

  • The Real Root of Anxiety
    2026/02/17

Most people believe anxiety is a thinking problem — but at its core, anxiety is a safety problem. Your body isn’t asking for logic. It’s asking, “Am I safe right now?” And for many people, that question was never consistently answered with “yes.”

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • why anxiety comes from lived experience, not overthinking

    • how small, repeated moments of overwhelm create long-term patterns

    • why micro-stressors shape the nervous system over time

    • how old emotional imprints trigger present-day anxiety

    • and why fight-or-flight is a reaction, not the root cause

This episode helps you understand that your anxiety isn’t the problem — it’s a signal pointing to deeper patterns your system learned to hold.

  • What Happens to You and Your Brain in Hypnosis
    2026/02/17

If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens during hypnosis — or worried it means losing control — this video will give you a clear, grounded explanation. Hypnosis isn’t mind control.

It’s a gentle shift into the brain states (alpha and theta) where your subconscious becomes accessible — the place where emotional memories, beliefs, meanings and protection patterns are stored. This is also where anxiety lives.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • why hypnosis is a state you naturally enter every day

    • how the brain shifts from thinking to emotional processing

    • why you remain fully aware and in control

    • what makes subconscious work so powerful for anxiety

    • how old emotional imprints are updated — not erased

    • why your nervous system responds so deeply to this work

This episode helps you understand hypnosis as a safe, neuroscience-backed way of working with the part of you that actually holds your anxiety patterns — not the conscious mind.

  • Why You Can't Relax
    2026/02/17

If relaxing feels uncomfortable or even stressful, this video will help you understand why — and why it has nothing to do with your ability to “just relax.”

For many people with anxiety, especially high-functioning anxiety, control becomes a form of protection.

When slowing down or stopping feels unsafe, the body resists relaxation because it’s learned that stillness = vulnerability.

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • why your system associates tension with safety

    • how childhood and past experiences shape this pattern

    • why relaxing triggers panic for a nervous system stuck in vigilance

    • why letting go feels threatening when you’ve always had to be “on”

    • and the hopeful truth that this can change

This epsiode helps you understand that your difficulty relaxing isn’t a flaw — it’s a learned survival response that softens as your system begins to feel genuinely safe.
