- Basketball and flag football leagues (development and competitive)
- Hustle Academy (8–12 weeks; athletics + emotional/mental wellness)
- HER Sports Day community festival
- HER Sports Awards recognizing local women athletes/coaches
- Impact: ~400 girls served since launch during the pandemic
- Amberly Klam — Texas Fury (Austin, TX): All-girls competitive flag football program founded in 2017.
- Teams across ages in 5v5 NFL FLAG and 7v7 formats
- Expanded across Central Texas, DFW, and San Antonio
- Alumni progressing to college scholarships and national teams
