He has studied and practiced the ancient science of Raja Yoga, which seeks union with the divine through self-mastery; Sufism, with its path of love and sacrifice; Tibetan Buddhism, with its tantric disciplines; and, finally, Christianity. Over time, he discovered that all these paths pointed toward the same truth, expressed in different languages.This realization inspired him to seek a Teaching and philosophy that were truly universal, something that could be embraced by anyone, regardless of faith or spiritual orientation. In 1995, he encountered the spiritual Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov and his universal, solar Teaching, which he has followed ever since. He now also gives talks in London on various aspects of the Teachings and continues to dedicate his life to sharing light, wisdom, and joy with others.He currently lives and works at the Brotherhood Centre in the United Kingdom, where he has been for more than twelve years. A trained schoolteacher, Michael has worked extensively with children and mindfulness, weaving these values into his educational and spiritual approach.
