Do the top three coaches command the top three programs? I believe for the most part, yes, but I am so impressed with Oregon's roster, resources, and development that I think they are passing Georgia right now.

Speaking of resources, alignment, rosters, and development, Indiana is acing all of those areas right now.

Texas, Alabama, Georgia, and Michigan should all reach the College Football Playoff, but will they?
