In today’s episode, I share a quick update on my return to Stockholm and what it felt like coming back to my “ex”… my apartment. I wasn’t prepared for the deep emotions that surfaced, and how deeply in love I suddenly felt with Stockholm, Sweden and my "old life".

I also share how important it is for me to allow all of my emotions to be here. To feel them fully, give them space, and let them move through me. Because there was a time in my life when I hated being sensitive — when I judged myself for feeling so deeply. But today, I see my sensitivity as a gift. And I allow my emotions to guide me in my everyday life.

This is one of those episodes that is far from perfect - it’s little all over the place — but letting it be imperfect is, for me, an act of self-love.
