Many meditations use breathing as the focus of mindfulness, but sometimes that's a little tricky because it's somewhat passive. So mix it up and use some other form of sensory input as the mindfulness focus. It might just be enough to put your over the edge and silence your mind. This meditation uses a simple rolling thumb technique to introduce a varying sensory experience while still allowing you to remain motionless otherwise.Mindfulness is such a great way to focus on the present and ultimately silence your thoughts.-The Infinite Bliss Meditation Club is a great place to learn meditation with other friendly and like minded people. We meet weekday mornings at 7:00am and evenings at 7:00pm.Morning meditation sessions are about 10-15 minutes. Short and to the point. Aimed at people with busy lives that don't have time to chit chat and gossip, but who need focus and a clear mind to power through their busy day.Evening meditations are a little more relaxed and slow paced, where the focus is on releasing all the stress from the day so we can allow our bodies to heal and stop ourselves worrying about tomorrow. It's a great reset. But the greatest power of the meditation club is that you meet at a consistent time every day and are a little more accountable. So that helps you progress quickly with meditation and get over many of the frustrations much more easily. The Meditation Club has a modest fee, but that gets you front row seats to the live meditation as well as being part of the post meditation discussion. You also get access to my classes and workshops. But the biggest thing is that you are supporting me and making it possible for me to continue doing this. For more information, visit - https://thegregarioushermit.com/club#InfiniteBliss #InfiniteBlissMeditation #InnerPeace #Meditation #GuidedMeditation
