    As a woman over 40 navigating the hormonal changes of perimenopause or menopause you may have noticed either your weight creeping up (even though you haven't done anything differently) OR the things you used to do to lose weight are no longer working.
    It's simply because with the hormonal changes at this age a different approach is required.
    The good news? It doesn't involve over-restriction.
