Those 6 Tweens is a podcast made by kids, for kids! We ask the big questions you might be wondering like how to enjoy gaming in a healthy way, how to feel more confident as you go through puberty, how to bounce back from disappointment (especially in sport), and everything to do with friendship: making friends, keeping friends, and all the ups and downs.

Created and hosted by tweens in Frankston, this podcast highlights local kids’ voices. It was made with help from Kananook Primary School and Communities for Children Frankston, a program of Anglicare.

In each episode, we chat with each other and with awesome and inspiring guests from our local community to explore topics that are important, sometimes tricky, and always interesting.

Our goal? To help you feel more informed, more confident, and more connected—because you're not alone!

    In this episode, we’re keeping it real with Kaylah and Jenny, two Year 8 students from Monterey Secondary College, as we dive into the ups and downs of puberty.

    From buying your first bra to dealing with periods, pimples, and being confident in yourself — we yap about it all. This episode is for you if you’ve ever wondered what high schoolers have to say about puberty as our guests share their honest experiences and helpful tips in this uplifting chat.

    Tune in to feel seen, informed and a little more confident as you go through the changes of growing up. Because you’re definitely not alone.
