    2026/01/05

The holidays are over, the live shows are back, and the road to WrestleMania has officially hit the "Starting Line!" In today’s episode, we filter through the holiday "shakeup" to find the real power moves defining the 2026 landscape.

      • The "Americano" Custody Battle: Chad Gable is set to return and claim his "intellectual property," but Ludwig Kaiser has made the "Americano" persona his own. We discuss the looming organisational nightmare and the potential return of the Creed Brothers.

      • The Women’s Division Holding Pattern: Why the division is currently being dictated by medical timelines. We look at the status of Bianca Belair’s finger injury and Tiffany Stratton’s knee break, and what it means for Jade Cargill’s current reign.

  • Bruised, Not Broken: & The Return to Dallas
    2025/12/15

This week, we break down the tough 13-10 loss to Indiana in the Big Ten Championship. It wasn't the result we wanted, but is it the disaster some fans think it is?

We discuss why a 3-point loss is actually a "reality check" rather than a broken season, and why the Committee's decision to give Ohio State the #2 Seed changes everything. Plus, we look at the historical blueprint: how this team ran the gauntlet after a loss last year, and why returning to the Cotton Bowl—the site of our Semifinal win over Texas—might be exactly what the Buckeyes need.

    In this episode:

    • The difference between a "bad loss" and a "wake-up call."

    • The massive advantage of the First Round Bye.

    • Scouting the path: Texas A&M or Miami?

    • Why the road to the Natty runs through Dallas again.

  • Redefind Greif
    2025/10/26

I open up about the profound impact of loss and how it shapes our lives. We'll explore two deeply personal experiences that have redefined my understanding of grief, and how remembering those we've lost can prevent what's often called the "second death"—when someone is truly forgotten.

Delve into the moving NCIS tribute to David McCallum, who brilliantly portrayed the beloved character Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard. Watching the episode was incredibly confronting, yet so much of what was shared resonated deeply with my own feelings of loss. It was a powerful reminder of the unique connection we form with characters and the people behind them.

Then, I share a very personal battle: my return to Adelaide after the passing of my beloved husband, Phil. The "empty seat" at the game, a place we once shared, became a haunting presence, far more daunting than I ever anticipated. I recount the poignant moment, at 4 minutes past 5 on August 16th, when I scanned Phil's season ticket for the very last time, a final act of remembrance.

Join me as I reflect on these moments, offering a raw and honest look at navigating grief, honouring legacies, and finding ways to keep the spirit of those we love alive. If you've ever dealt with loss, I believe this video will speak to your heart.
