Whoever said that people don't change better hide because we are coming for them !!!!!

We are out here actively fighting the literal physical and mental cage that society has constructed for us. Including us ! until we step out of it we are actively contributing to the encagement of other people. So if not for yourself. Do it for others. make some healthy habit changes. Question your current habits. Pay attention to your thoughts and see that they are the same as yesterday !! Meet someone new. Be kind to someone new and more importantly be kind to yourself !!!! And when you inevitably fail. Hold yourself like the fragile beautiful full of love human that you are , give yourself a kiss on the forehead and go be kind to the next person or try the next thing. IT DOESN"T HAVE TO BE THE SAME DAMN THING EVERY DAY.
