For out first episode, I am please to say that we had the pleasure of talking to Steve Dotson of D'Qued BBQ and the Cookout Coach YouTube channel.
Steve has won numerous awards on the KCBS Backyard competition circuit and has recently jumped into the Master Series of competition BBQ and is already making his name known!
Steve talks about how he got started into BBQ, making the jump to the competition circuit, as well as what it's like to win a contest on a smoker he built.
Steve and I discuss his YouTube channel and what he feels makes him successful in that venture!
