Because when you shift your internal state—when you stop fighting yourself, stop rehearsing arguments, stop needing to be right—you change everything around you. Your home softens. Your interactions change. Your presence alone starts to carry something different.

We talk about triggers—not as something to fix in other people, but as signals. The people who get under your skin the most are often showing you something you haven’t fully accepted in yourself. And once you see that, the fight starts to dissolve. You don’t need to win. You don’t need to control. You can just let people be who they are.
