By popular request, I'm finally giving you this episode.
I get into my last relationship and how it played out. It was unhealthy to say the least. Plus, I go through a list I wrote of all the reason I didnt want him to text me after the break up. I wrote this list while I was still going through the grieving process. I wrote it as a reminder of why it was for the best and would read it anytime I felt like I was going to fall apart.
