What is confidence? Where does confidence come from? How do you build confidence? 

In this episode, I'm joined by Tolu Oke and we discuss how to build confidence, what reduces confidence, and the impact of your environment on your confidence. Tolu is a keynote speaker, published author, and a graduate of Cambridge University with a wealth of experience in multiple industries. She has worked in the third sector, higher education, investment banking, and management consulting. 

Tolu has led award-nominated, race-focused diversity and inclusion programs and customer campaigns for over 180,000 people and 26 million customers for the Sainsbury's Group. Tolu is listed as a Powerful Media Top 100 Black Future Leader (2011) and Ethnicity Award Future Leader (2020).
