Perimenopause and menopause can feel like a full-body upheaval, but I don’t think the real story is only biochemical. I’m sharing a deeper lens I keep seeing with midlife women: mother consciousness and the mother wound, and how decades of caretaking, people pleasing, and overriding our needs can surface as symptoms, exhaustion, and feeling lost during this initiation into matriarch.
We talk about how mother consciousness begins at the womb level, how patterns travel through the mother line, and why “quick fixes” often miss the point. I also explain my womb-centered approach to the Akashic Records, where we open through the heart, drop into the womb space, and let the body guide the healing. When we understand the deeper layers of the mother wound, we can move from suppression and disconnection into sovereignty, creative power, and self-trust.
From first-bleed conditioning to hustle culture and chronic stress, I connect the dots between nervous system patterns and hormone health. Then we shift into what choosing differently can actually look like: nourishment without deprivation, minerals and supportive foods, nature and beauty, learning to be held, stronger boundaries, and restructuring life around what your essence truly needs. That’s where midlife starts to feel freeing, not frightening.
