    Girl, I know you be stressin', so let's try to work on this. We live in a culture that prioritizes the hustle and grind and the to-do lists over rest or relaxation, and intentional living. We're constantly stressing over work, or money, or our relationships, maybe health-related issues, parenting, and just simply the constant motion of everyday life and business cycle we sometimes feel we can't break free from. Well, in today's episode I'm sharing with you why stress is a silent killer and how to understand how stress works and affects our body so we can then begin to manage stress with some simple, free ways you can work on reducing stress throughout the day or even just build into your routines so you have a tool in your back pocket for keep your stress at a more tangible level. Although stress is not inherently bad, too much stress over long periods of time can really be detrimental to your health and vitality. I'm also sharing something real and ra with you about something I've experienced lately, so let's dive in!
