Everyone knows that goal setting is essential.

And we're constantly told that goal setting is free - so you may as well set BIG ones.

But, for a lot of people, setting big goals can actually be counterproductive.

Because a big goal can seem overwhelming.

And when the path feels too big, we can feel like a failure when we don't get there.

So on today's Podcast episode, I want to share how I set goals and make sure I achieve them.

Going right back to when I first set the goal of being 'financially free at 33'.

Everyone knows that mindset is key.

Mindset creates thoughts, thoughts initiate actions, actions lead to results.

So I wanted to share two key mindset shifts that Angie and I always had.

How they changed how we looked at this business model, and the business we wanted to build.

Ultimately, how they allowed us to create a life of total freedom within just a few years.

At the end of 2013 our business dropped 80%.

It was VERY painful at the time.

But it also gave us a very valuable lesson.

One that led to us changing how we built in 2014.

And one change in particular took our business from $500 a week to $5,000.

Plus - the 7-figure leaders we have today all came from that one change.

Weekly Team Calls are very popular in Network Marketing.

But they're something I don't do.

We did them at the very start - then stopped after a few months.

And straight are we stopped - our income grew 10x.
