In this episode I try to look at how Laws are misrepresented in many parts of the country. The Supreme Court case I cited is SHALLA Vs STATE (2007) LPELR-3034(sc). Do try and go review the ruling. And I do hope this country will rise to the challenge of stopping these acts!
