Basically, we "invest" at modest percentage rates of return, but they use our money to make 3, 4, maybe more times what they pay us to use OUR money.

We also touch upon the Fraud that is costing us hundreds of Billions in Tax Dollars, and why such fraud has been so successful (hint Corruption, Graft, Kickbacks...). We also touch upon how government and Banks keep us from achieving true financial independence.

We talk about government Waste, Fraud, Abuse, and the ridiculous, wasteful, inflationary Budgeting Rules our government operates on, Not just Federally, but at ALL levels of government.

We then go back into Mark's Financial expertise, and how Mark's company works with people of all ages - his youngest student started learning about finance and investing at age 9, and his oldest student is 95. His target audience for his books and courses are the average person, although people who do have large sums of money also use and benefit from his advice and teachings.

An informative and educational episode, if I do say so myself.

I traveled to Manhattan to meet and interview Taki in person at his Park Avenue Apartment...however, we were hit by yet another technical problem, involving my iPad, so I recorded the interview on my phone, with both Taki and myself in the same shot on screen. The angle is not the most flattering - but the conversation is nonetheless interesting. Make that fascinating.

(Interestingly, Taki is 89, yet still goes to the Dojo and trains in Karate and Kick Boxing!)

Due to Taki's busy schedule (he was off to DC in a couple of days), we were under time restraints, so, much of what I wanted to ask him went unasked.

HOWEVER - Taki told me he'd be happy to come back at a later date, so consider this the first in what may be two or three episodes on Taki and his unusual exploits.
