- Rachel Quinn looked out her bedroom window at 11:17 p.m. on March 6, 2011, and estimated she watched a man beside a dark van for 30 to 40 seconds.
- Brenda O'Connor, age 26, was found alive six hours later in a crawl space three blocks away with a fractured orbital socket, broken collarbone, and two cracked ribs.
- Investigators searched Troy Casper's van 11 days after the attack and found a rubberized bypass bar consistent with the side door technique and an electrical cord spool consistent with the ligature used.
- Property manager Ed Toll confirmed Casper had worked at 914 Arnett in October 2010, was given the four-digit lockbox code, and the code was not changed afterward.
