I can't always see it, and sometimes it is hard to hold onto the truth.

Looking back, I can see how my pain has been the catalyst for a lot of personal growth, as well as a source of encouragement for other people.

Learning how to accept your limitations so important.  It reminds you that you are Human. It can keep you out of the comparison trap.  It helps steer you away from defining yourself based on your performance.

In light of the trauma of betrayal and abuse, it's no surprise that the Enemy tries to throw all sorts of lies at us.  

Lies about who we are (or aren't), what our situation says about us, and the hopelessness of our future can easily cause us to spiral into depression and fear.

In this episode, I share about how we need to "trade" whatever lie the Enemy has attacked us with, and replace it with the Truth of God's word.

In this episode, we are diving into my B.E.A.U.T.Y. framework.  As I began my recovery journey, a therapist told me; "Sophia, you are going to have to learn to live for an Audience of One."  That statement changed my life.
