Once upon a time, a group of friends named Sarah, Alex, and Jake were walking home from a party in the late hours of the night. They decided to take a shortcut through the woods to get home faster.

As they made their way through the dark woods, they began to hear strange noises coming from behind them. At first, they thought it might be an animal, but the sounds were too odd and seemed to be following them.

The group quickened their pace, but the sounds persisted, growing louder and more distinct. They soon realized they were being followed by an unknown entity.

As they turned to face the entity, their hearts pounding with fear, they were shocked to see a chicken staring back at them. The chicken seemed lost and confused, clucking softly as it pecked at the ground.

Relieved that the entity was just a harmless chicken, the friends laughed and continued on their journey home, feeling silly for being scared of such an innocent creature.

From that day on, they referred to the chicken as their guardian angel, watching over them and keeping them safe on their adventures. And whenever they took a shortcut through the woods, they always kept an eye out for their feathered friend, who had become an unexpected but beloved companion on their travels.
