Hello and thank you for coming! I'd like you all to know a little about me. My name is Rashad Woods, the creator of The T.R.O.N. Podcast, The Randomness of Nothing. I decided to dive into the world of podcasting because I am always seeking answers to the world around me. Often times, I'll dive deep into for hours on the internet or a documentary just to find out interesting information. I decided to call this podcast the randomness of nothing, because well, random thoughts of interest fill my days! I love to learn about new things, how they work, how they were made or what people do for a living and why. Folks frequently tell me in casual conversations about all the random weird things I seem to know about, and yeah, I'm kind of a geek when it comes to that! It came to me to take that interest to the next level by talking to subject matter experts in topics that interest me! I hope you become a dedicated listener to the podcast! In my free time, I work out, watch movies and practice martial arts. I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a brown belt in Taekwondo and currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Let's dive in and take the trip into randomness together!© 2025 出世 就職活動 経済学

  • Cindy Tusa- Entrepreneur, licensed esthetician, wellness advocate
    2025/12/18

Cindy Tusa is a licensed esthetician, educator, former nurse, and founder of The White Magnolia Advanced Skincare Institute, where science meets soul and estheticians are trained to think deeper. With years of experience in the skincare industry, Cindy recognized that most skin issues are rarely just skin-deep—they often reflect inflammation, stress, gut health, and mindset. This insight inspired her to create The Integrative Esthetician, an advanced training program that blends biology, neuroscience, and energy awareness with practical, real-world esthetics education.

Known for her straight-shooting, compassionate teaching style—tempered with dry humor—Cindy empowers estheticians to move beyond quick fixes and truly understand what’s happening beneath the surface: inside the body, the brain, and the belief system. She is passionate about exploring the intersections of health, beauty, and human potential, helping professionals cultivate confidence, clarity, and thriving careers.

Cindy frequently speaks on topics such as:

    • Transitioning out of mainstream esthetics and finding a deeper purpose in the industry

    • The lost art of critical thinking in skincare and society at large

    • Functional medicine as a path to true healing

    • The essential role of client consultation in successful esthetics practices

    • “It’s About the Skin, But It’s Not About the Skin”—how skin conditions reflect internal imbalance

    • The Four Root Causes of Skin Dysfunction: inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, gut dysbiosis, and mitochondrial dysfunction

    • How subconscious beliefs and emotional wounds (“wound expressions”) manifest on the skin

    • Quantum biology and its connection to skin health

    • The real reasons personal care providers—nurses, estheticians, massage therapists, physicians, hairstylists, and others—experience burnout

  • Dr. Gloria Vanderhorst- seasoned psychologist, author, wife, mother
    2025/12/16

Dr. Gloria Vanderhorst has over 50 years of experience helping individuals—from preschoolers to adults—understand their emotional needs and heal from trauma. She has worked extensively with individuals, families, groups, and schools, guiding people toward deeper self-awareness and healthier relationships.

Gloria’s work is grounded in the understanding that our brains record experiences from the moment we are born. These early experiences shape how we see ourselves and interact with others—often influencing our present lives without our conscious awareness. When unresolved, early histories can quietly undermine relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. Gloria helps people recognize these patterns and transform them into sources of growth and healing.

She is the author of the bestselling book Read, Reflect, Respond: The 3 R’s of Growth and Change, available on Amazon, which provides practical tools for understanding personal history, healing early trauma, and creating meaningful change.

Topics Gloria frequently speaks on include:

    • Raising boys to build healthy, lasting relationships
