    This is the LAST Episode of The Sugar Switch Podcast, as it draws to a close. The title of this Episode is literal and accurate. Over the last 6 1/2 years, Cathy has ended most of the Episodes with a short summary of take-away points, which she always called ‘the bottom line’. So this Episode is the very LAST bottom line! Cathy compiled a list of 14 health topics that were covered on The Sugar Switch Podcast over the years. The first 7 of those health topics were highlighted in the previous Episode: TSSP188 The FINAL Bottom Line, Part 1. You might want to listen to that Episode.     The Sugar Switch®️ Podcast is drawing to a close. This Episode and the next Episode - are the two final Episodes.
