Sandra is a Black female based in rural Lincolnshire, with over 55 years of experience in the equine industry. Horses have been a lifelong passion for her. She has proudly served for 12 years in the Royal Air Force before taking time to raise a family. Later, she pursued higher education, earning a BSc in Equine Sports Science after three years of study.

In 2014, she founded Equidiet UK Ltd and developed the world’s first liquid feed for horses, becoming one of only nine Black women in UK history to secure a patent with worldwide prior art.

EquidGel® is an innovative nutrition and hydration delivery system designed for horses. Made from natural ingredients, it forms a gel when mixed with water, gradually releasing hydration throughout the gastrointestinal tract. Catherine Nnamdi is a multi-award winning business consultant and certified executive coach. She has spent close to two decades working in the Banking sector in the UK (notably with Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank). Catherine is currently Director, Head of Governance (Global Markets) at Citi Bank. A seasoned international speaker, trainer and facilitator, Catherine is also passionate about coaching and immersive thought-leadership for global leaders.

Catherine is the founder of the largest global network for Part-time Entrepreneurs and is excited to launch Black Business Lincolnshire (Lincs). Catherine seeks to engage the UK government on initiatives to enhance entrepreneurial diversity. Her passion is to help people climb the ladder of personal and professional achievement by promoting excellence.

Black Business Lincs is a unique concept, providing a bespoke hub for Black entrepreneurs and executives in Lincolnshire. Creating spaces for personal and business development as well as networking and collaboration, Black Business Lincs will ensure members are set up and supported to thrive in the region and beyond.

Layi Ogunyemi is the founder of Sportreel, a initiative birthed in Lincolnshire which has taken him way beyond. Anastasia Oyebanji is the founder of Tashady Catering, a Lincolnshire-based catering and event planning company serving authentic English, Nigerian, and Afro-Caribbean cuisine. With over 16 years in the food industry, she has built Tashady from a small family kitchen into a respected brand, now certified as an approved caterer for major UK hotels including Hilton, Marriott, and the Royal Armouries of Leeds. Passionate about celebrating culture through food, Anastasia blends British, African, and Caribbean influences to deliver exceptional dining experiences at weddings, corporate events, and special occasions across the country.
