The Sporty Forty is hosted by two sports nuts Joe and Rikki and covers our quest to see 40 different sports in our home city of Sheffield before we turn 40.

    In this episode we head back indoors to Ponds Forge for some competitive swimming. And boy was it competitive, with actual world records being set.
