    In this episode Laura Davies talks to Chris Till about his study of people who use music (and other) streaming services to help their health, exercise and wellness practices.

    He outlines some of the ways people use streaming services to enhance, change or deepen their experience of working out. The experience he suggests many people are trying to achieve is a form of "resonance".
