Visit the Land of Promise in tonight’s Celtic mythology-inspired sleep story.

In tonight’s story, you are the high ruler of an island kingdom. One morning, you meet a mysterious stranger at an ancient monument. He offers you a magical gift: a silver apple branch that emits music so sweet it sends the hearer into blissful sleep. You accept the branch in exchange for three wishes, to be granted to the stranger in the future. You revel in the powers of the branch, but when the stranger returns, you find that his price is far too high. You pursue the stranger to his otherworldly domain to reclaim what is yours. In turn, you discover a wisdom greater than any magical object.

If you’re still awake at the end of the story, I’ll guide you through a gentle meditation to help ease you into sleep.
