    Welcome to the 8th episode of The Shadow Self podcast. On this episode I'm talking about my most precious value which is freedom. I made myself a promise 10 years ago that no matter what I'm not going to live a life that someone else has handed to me. I am going to be free and live a life that is coming from my own desires. In my opinion the ultimate freedom has three different aspects in it. One of them is definitely inner freedom which shadow work has given me. What about the other two? Go and listen. Enjoy!
