What is your greatest treasure?, Are you willing to share it with others?

Being a Christ follower is not always the easiest, especially when other people are involved.

I am sharing my journey in this preparation season. Testing in life is difficult.

I am highlighting what it means to stand firm and trust God through difficult seasons in life. Coming to the realization that God is enough.

In this Moment, I am talking about Christmas.

Taking time to reflect on His birth. I urge us all to take time to think about why we celebrate this holiday.

Think about how we are telling the story of Christ's birth.

Let's keep studying and learning. Be like the Wise Men who still seek Him.

May we forever continue with this heart posture.

Leaning on His everlasting arms.

Where do you find safety? When life gets hard or loud - where do you run? Do you run into God's arms? Knowing that they are always there for us to rest in.

A clarification of my heart in the Moment, "Iron Sharpens Iron". I expose my real-time struggle.

In this moment, we reflect on the question, "Have you asked God?" Who is your iron that sharpens you?

As we move through life, may we remember to always acknowledge God. Allowing Him to direct our path.

I'm sharing my journey - keeping God first - remembering that God is faithful. He gives us who and what we need when we need it.

Reflect on these verses if you find yourself in a season you feel you need your iron sharpened.

Proverbs 27:17: As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

2 Corinthians 10:17: "Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord"

2 Corinthians 10:12,13: We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some of those who commend themselves. But when they measure themselves by one another, and compare themselves with one another, they do not show good sense.

We, however, will not boast beyond limits, but will keep within the field that God has assigned to us, to reach out even as far as you.

A brief moment giving a few more examples of what being in a true relationship with the Father looks like. Sharing my heart as the Holy Spirit prompts me.

In this MOMENT, I ask what your relationships look like? Your friendships, marriages, coworkers - more importantly, your relationship with God. I talk about fostering a good relationship with God.

I share some of the things I did to draw nearer to God as He drew near to me.
