On a fogbound San Francisco night, reports of the Phantom Strangler unsettle the city as wheelchair-using collector Edward Morlock awaits an unwanted visit from his estranged brother. At Morlock’s Santa Villa home—filled with relics of infamous murders—family tensions and a dangerous obsession gather into a sinister trap.
