  • So Scarlet (Maroon)
    2026/07/27

All the different types of fall colors, Pumpkin Spice Latte and the changes in the leaves. Different red shades of lipstick, so scarlet maroon so grown up, two years until I enter my thirties. Different sweaters or scarfs, the options are endless. One of my favorite seasons, plus different types of boots. The ending of one chapter, to star a new chapter. The same with the sails of change. You will be reminded of me, every place you look. Many who meet me, even if they do me wrong can’t shake me. When people do you wrong, that’s something they will have to live with. Even when they decided to destroy their life with lies, when those lies were meant for you. A doctor or not, you didn’t care, you only care now because you got caught and someone wasn’t going to put up with your bullshit. I don’t have to answer just because many asked me to. It’s too late for an apology or to fix things . You made your choice and now you will have to live with it for the rest of your life. So scarlet, after I healed, I became someone you would never recognize or knew who went through hell. Maroon color of pain but somehow turned into something that no one understood how I bounced back from each set back. I will always bounce back while you continue the cycle because that was what you were taught. The color of pain is now the color of resilience.

Listening to Jimmy Buffett, You never know where the next current will go. The compass of the wind direction, the wave depth, never know where your next destination may be. Light blue oceans, the sight of the Atlantic, Pacific or the Caribbean, The sails on the boat are the sails of change. The legend never dies, a legacy left behind. Throughout all of the years, of pain, lessons learned and many risks taken, each change in wind was worth it. The ocean is like therapy, my trip will always be out at sea. Nothing will ever keep me from the sea. The sails of change is to trust the wind of change, while still continuing to evolve.
