I often say this is not a path for the weak-willed, and the truth is that people usually come to this work after they have tried everything else possible.
It is the moment of initiation, surrender, and sometimes, the dark night of the soul.
While this path is risky (to the ego and to the status quo of our lives!) it is also the greatest gift that I have been given in my life and leads to true liberation.
This episode describes this in greater detail and will be a good orientation to see if this work is truly for you.
