I share from the heart about all the things mystical and magical. I'm alongside you in this journey back to self, a journey of remembrance of the innate wisdom and worthiness within. I share my personal experiences with self development, spirituality, conscious parenting and transmuting life's challenges into launchpads for transformational growth. I want you to feel inspired and motivated to create a ripple effect in your life by making yourself a priority and taking small incremental steps to magnetize the life of your wildest dreams, one step at a time. Progress over perfection, always.

I want to inspire people to rise up, follow the calling of their souls and remember who they really are. To have the courage to speak their truth, to show up authentically, and to live more consciously. I want to inspire women to live life from a place of desire rather than expectation. To shed that burden of expectation and rebel against who she though she had to be. Let's throw "should" to the curb and make way for conscious choice.

  • Reprogramming Your Subconscious: Healing Negative Core Beliefs & Finding Safety Within
    2025/11/18

In this solo episode, I’m sharing a deeply personal realization that came through during the I Am Her: My Reclamation Retreat — something that completely shifted how I see myself, my nervous system, and the stories that have shaped how I move through the world.

During one of the workshops led by Jolene Dawn from Jolene Dawn Counselling, I had this huge “aha” moment around negative cognitions — those deeply rooted subconscious beliefs that we all carry. For years, I thought my biggest core belief was “I’m not enough.” But when I really slowed down and tuned in, I realized what’s actually been running the show underneath it all was “I’m not safe.”

That awareness changed everything for me.

In this episode, I’m unpacking what that means — how our subconscious beliefs are formed, how they shape the way we see ourselves and the world, and how we can start reprogramming them through awareness, compassion, and lived experience.

This conversation is for you if you’ve ever struggled with perfectionism, control, people-pleasing, or that constant need to stay one step ahead just to feel safe. I see you, and I’ve been there too.

    In this episode, I share:

    • What negative cognitions are and how they quietly shape our identity
    • My personal realization from “I’m not enough” to “I’m not safe”
    • How this belief has shown up in my life — from motherhood to everyday anxiety
    • How to build an evidence bank that teaches your nervous system a new story
    • Why healing isn’t about eliminating fear, but integrating it
    • How to regulate your nervous system and remind yourself: “I am safe now.”
    • Reflections from the I Am Her Retreat and the powerful work of Jolene Dawn Counselling

I also share some real-life moments — like how I found myself in the woods debating whether I was more scared of a bear or two guys walking behind me 😅 — and how those moments become opportunities to rewrite the story in real time.

This one’s about coming home to your body, trusting yourself again, and realizing that safety isn’t something we earn — it’s something we remember.

If this episode lands for you, I’d love to hear what your biggest takeaway was or what core belief you’re working through.

  • The I Am Her Retreat: A Heartfelt Reflection on Reclamation, Healing & Divine Alignment
    2025/11/12

In this heartfelt first video podcast, I’m sharing raw reflections and overflowing gratitude after co-hosting the I Am Her: My Reclamation Retreat in beautiful Sun Peaks, BC.

This experience was nothing short of divine orchestration — a weekend of healing, connection, and remembrance. Together, we created a sacred space for women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, release old conditioning, and embody their most radiant, powerful selves.

    In this episode, I share:

✨ What it means to choose yourself and trust your soul’s calling

✨ How collective intention creates transformation

✨ The magic of our Future Self Dinner and embodying your next-level self

✨ Why vulnerability and authenticity are the keys to deep connection

✨ The ripple effect of women rising together

✨ A reminder that your light, your magic, and your power have always been within you

This retreat reminded me — and every woman who attended — that we are all reflections of one another. When we allow ourselves to be seen, we remember that we are never alone on this journey of reclamation and awakening.

  • The Heart of Healing: EMDR, Reiki & Reclamation with Jolene Dawn Lindsey
    2025/09/27

In this episode of The Rising Rebel Podcast, I sit down with Jolene Dawn Lindsey, Registered Clinical Counsellor, trauma therapist, and one of the brilliant facilitators joining us at the I Am Her: My Reclamation Retreat.

We dive into the heart of healing work and explore the transformative tools that Jolene uses to help her clients move through trauma, rewire old patterns, and reclaim their innate wholeness.

✨ Inside this conversation, we cover:

    • EMDR explained — what it is, how it works with the brain to reprocess trauma, and why it can be so life-changing for those stuck in old patterns.
    • How somatic therapy helps us heal not just in the mind but also in the body, where trauma is often stored.
    • Why healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken, but remembering your wholeness.
    • A glimpse into what Jolene will be facilitating at the I Am Her: My Reclamation Retreat — and why this kind of immersive healing experience can catalyze lasting transformation.
    • The ripple effect that happens when women choose themselves

If you’ve ever felt caught in cycles of self-doubt, looping thoughts, or stuck in the pain of old wounds, this conversation is a beautiful reminder that healing is possible— it’s powerful, embodied, and within reach.
