In Roman mythology, the god Janus was the god of transitions – of beginnings and endings. He was often depicted having two faces, one looking back and one looking forward. It’s where we get our month January from. On this episode, we’ll take a Janus posture and look back on the year and look forward to the new one by asking some reflective questions.
