概要
In this episode of the Failure Is Knowledge Podcast, Terryl Humphrey talks about why business is challenging and why it matters.
During this episode, Terryl shares how he thought he had clarity, knew what he was doing, and knew what he was selling but when he went out and pitched it, it started to get challenging and overwhelming, and nobody was buying what he was offering.
Terryl explains that it wasn’t what he was offering it was that he wasn’t offering the thing that people needed or the problem that people were going through.
Terryl talks about how business is challenging because you have to locate the clues, identify the problem, look at the results, and understand your customer.
He shares that in business, you have to adapt to your customers, make changes to your plan, and be okay with what’s not working so you can do more of what’s working.
This episode is about learning through experience and understanding that failure is part of growth. Sometimes the biggest lessons come from things we didn’t understand at first.
If you’re someone who is trying to grow, get clarity, or move forward without feeling stuck, this episode will help you think differently about where you are right now.
