With 87% of realtors quitting the industry within their first two years, consumer debt being at an all-time high, and affordability in housing being out of reach for many, I believe real estate agents must shift their approach to entrepreneurship, or they will not be successful long-term. Each of these problems contribute to the financial instability that virtually every realtor experiences in their career and we are addressing the issue head on.
