But once there, she realized the education system had changed and no longer aligned with her passion or values.

Her journey then led her to Nevada, where becoming a notary unexpectedly reignited her drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Eventually, Tearah moved back to Arizona to build a better life for herself and her daughter. It was there that she met Eric at Ecoroofing, marking yet another meaningful chapter in both her personal and professional life.
