On this episode of Signature Witch, I got to sit down with my dear friend, Julie Hershkowitz, a self-proclaimed power connector–and rightfully so. Julie works full time in human performance optimization, part-time as a player ambassador at Fenway Park, and she also spends a large portion of her time supporting philanthropic causes in the greater Boston area.
We talk about making promises to yourself and not breaking them, the importance of the people you surround yourself with, sleep hygiene, and how Regina George would have absolutely not survived getting hit by that bus… Julie thinks about it at least monthly LOL
I’m so pumped for you to hear from her and to get her perspective on things like Whole30 and 75 Hard, and what it means commit to yourself above all else.
