The weekend crews, sans birthday Jack, recap a frustrating series for the Boston Red Sox in San Diego.

Riding the high of a good Walker Buehler outing, the Red Sox get a meltdown in Game 2 from Lucas Giolito and a deceptively bad pitching line in Game 3 from Brayan Bello. Regardless, the offense put up 10 runs in Game 1, only to score six combined in the final two.

Jordan and Brian also talk about the ramifications of there being a lockout in 2027, regardless of how much game action is missed and both ultimately pray the season isn't as altered as it appears destined for presently.

Lastly, the duo previews the upcoming series in Houston.

The weekend crew is back and so are the wins for the Boston Red Sox, who took two of three from the defending World Series Champion Los Angeles Dodgers over the weekend.Brayan Bello was OK, Walker Buehler was a worse version of OK, and Garrett Crochet shrugged off two first-inning homers and dominated his way to another victory.On offense, Connor Wong got his first extra-base hit of the season, but the big swings in the series came from Jarren Duran, Roman Anthony and Alex Bregman. Each of those swings mattered immensely in what was a series in which the aggregate score was 10-10.
