My guest today is none other than my "Fancy Wine Friend," Paul Lichlyter. But he is much more than that. He’s a husband of 37 years, father of four brilliant children. Professionally he was a partner at Accenture, was president and CEO of his own healthcare consulting company for 18 years, he co-founded an AI based software company and currently serves as Managing Director of Business Operations for Huron Consulting Group. But more important to me he’s a mentor, hype man and great friend.

Even though he's experienced amazing success in his career, Paul has had several periods of unemployment, including one recently. Paul openly shares his journey and struggles through the process and provides some practical pearls of wisdom he's learned through it all.
