Week 3 of College Football looks just as competitive as week 2, and I'm sure some surprises are in store this week as well. We go over the games we're focusing on.

Also: Suspension for on-field actions? Nope, not athletes this time.

Happy New NCAA Manual release to all who celebrate. The new 25-26 version is out, and yes it is slightly less dense than before.

We briefly discuss the FBS Oversight Committee presenting a single, 10-day transfer portal window to cut down on the offseason chaos. Will it go into effect, and hold up to the scrutiny?

Also, a coach wanted to teach his team a lesson by running them after a game, we'll share how that is a no-no according to the rules.

We then dive into the weekend that was in College Football. Week 2 had some surprises and some letdowns, we will talk about it all.

They often say the weeks where the college football slate lacks in highly ranked contests produce some of the best games and twists. We happen to agree. We run down the match-ups we are most looking forward to this weekend.

For our Featured Rules Item: the NCAA is getting sued (again). This time over eligibility of 10 Vanderbilt athletes over not getting their full years of competition in. We breakdown the rules and regs they are challenging under antitrust law.

Also, the NCAA released a memo (didn't you get it?), about speaking facts (as they see it) when it comes to the SCORE Act, we take a look and also discuss Cody Campbell's response.

Two prominent figures in college football are bringing up spending of programs' rosters this season, we discuss why they shouldn't.
