Tonight’s episode is Night 1 of a voice-led sleep journey designed to help your nervous system slow down, release the day, and return to a deeper sense of safety.
At 19:29, the session will repeat with an underlay of ocean wave sounds. Which do you prefer?
This isn’t meditation.
You don’t need to focus, control your thoughts, or do anything at all.
You can simply listen and allow your body to soften in its own way.
The first half is primarily voice, with subtle real-life sounds in the background — the natural rhythm of the space.
In the second half, a soft ocean layer supports you as you move into deeper rest.
This practice is part of the Yoniswell approach: gentle, grounded, and rooted in letting go instead of trying harder.
It’s especially supportive if you feel overstimulated, emotionally tired, or stuck in your head at night.
