  • What If Confusion Is A Signal
    2026/05/24

Life gets confusing in a very specific way when the old version of your life no longer fits but the new one hasn’t fully formed yet. That “cloudy” feeling can hit after divorce, during co-parenting stress, in burnout, after a career change, or in any season where your identity is shifting and you’re still expected to function like nothing happened.

I’m Danny DeJesus, and I walk you through a simple map for life resets: the C2R2E framework (collapse, confrontation, realignment, reclamation, elevation). We talk about why transformation takes longer than the event that triggered it, and why stability doesn’t magically return when the paperwork is done, the job changes, or the big decision gets made. Collapse is the moment you face that something changed. Confrontation is where you get ruthlessly honest about what the disruption revealed without blaming yourself or anyone else. Realignment is the quiet work of rebuilding routines, boundaries, communication, priorities, and standards. Reclamation is when you feel agency again in small, observable ways. Elevation is living from a new baseline, not trying to go back to who you were.

To make it practical, I share a guided “Next Baseline Transition Audit” you can write out in 10 minutes: name the transition, name what collapsed, name what you must confront, choose one realignment action for the next seven days, and define one clear sign you’re reclaiming your life. If you’re ready to trade overwhelm for a next step, press play, subscribe, share this with someone in a reset season, and leave a review with the phase you’re in right now.

  • What If Feeling Stuck Is A Language Problem
    2026/05/17

The word “stuck” can hide a thousand different truths and that’s exactly why it keeps you frozen. When you can’t name what’s happening inside you, everything blends together: stress, grief, pressure, doubt, anger, fatigue. And when it’s all mixed, it’s hard to make a clean decision about what to do next. That’s the heart of this conversation on life resets and building your next baseline.

I walk through a framework I created called C2R2E, a practical “personal GPS” for personal growth, mindset, and resilience. The goal isn’t hype or motivation. It’s location. We break down the five stages step by step: Collapse (what breaks or stops working), Confrontation (uncomfortable honesty about what’s real), Realignment (intentional adjustments and better questions), Reclamation (taking ownership and reclaiming your voice), and Elevation (operating from a new standard instead of chasing the past). If you’ve been dealing with divorce, co-parenting stress, burnout, leadership pressure, a career shift, or a season where things don’t feel right anymore, this structure helps you stop guessing and start choosing actions that actually fit.

Before we close, I give you a simple writing prompt you can do right after listening to create clarity fast: what changed, what are you avoiding, and which stage are you in right now? I also point you to elevatuscoach.com and my free seven-day reset program on YouTube so you can apply the ideas in a practical way.

Subscribe for more life reset tools, share this with someone who feels stuck, and leave a review so more people can find the show. What stage of C2R2E are you in today?

  • You Cannot Go Back, So Build Forward with TJ Baird
    2026/05/13

Your career can look steady while everything at home quietly fractures and sometimes a six-year-old is the one who says it out loud. I sit down with TJ Baird, creator of Warrior Dad Stories and a 30-plus-year military veteran, to talk about what it really means to be “reforged” through life’s hardest seasons and why transformation is never a straight line.

TJ shares the moment that changed his life: his daughter telling him he was “too scary.” We unpack the armor many of us build in service and leadership, how that armor can protect us in one environment but harm the people we love in another, and what it takes to start taking it off. TJ walks through the long process of counseling, setbacks, and an intensive traumatic brain injury clinic experience at James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital that helped him reset and keep moving forward.

We also get into storytelling as a tool for healing and connection: how to talk about your experiences without letting critics shut you down, why “thank you” can be the most powerful response to doubt, and how writing becomes legacy. TJ shares the heart behind his book Warrior Dad, written for his daughter, and the creative work that grew from his award-winning poem “Reforged.”

If you care about veteran mental health, military transition, resilient leadership, and showing up with presence as a parent, this conversation is for you. Subscribe, share this with someone who needs it, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway.

  • How To Build A Clear Digital Brand From Scratch
    2026/05/10

Posting more used to feel like the only answer. Now it can be the fastest way to stay busy while staying unclear.

In this episode, I share what I learned after nine months building Elevatus Coaching in the digital space, including the mistakes, the late nights, and the “tax” of testing, rebuilding, and second-guessing before anything finally started to click.

We talk about why trust is the real currency in an AI-driven internet, and how modern SEO is changing because AI search is shaping discovery. I explain how I moved away from random content and toward content clusters, a connected content strategy built around one main topic. For me, that central idea is transformational resilience, supported by the C2R2E framework: collapse, confrontation, realignment, reclamation, and elevation. When your framework is clear, your message gets easier to repeat, your audience understands you faster, and your content starts to compound into authority.

We also get practical about the stuff that actually converts: defining a client avatar beyond demographics, mapping the prospect journey, improving website flow, and making the call to action obvious so people know what step to take next. I also share how I use large language models as a thinking partner to audit clarity, spot gaps, and tighten the whole ecosystem instead of just generating more words.

If you’re at ground zero, you’ll walk away with questions to get clear before you build. If you’ve already started, you’ll hear why the next level might be an audit and refinement, not more output.

Subscribe to The Next Baseline, share this with a builder who needs clarity, and leave a review with the one thing you’re going to simplify this week.

  • The C2R2E Framework Explained | Rebuilding After Divorce, Custody Stress, and Co-Parenting Conflict
    2026/05/03

Your life can change so fast that you cannot even explain what you are feeling yet. One day the old baseline works, and the next day it does not. I recorded this one to tell the origin story of C2R2E and to help you make sense of your own hard season, especially if you are dealing with divorce, co-parenting conflict, custody stress, or the quiet exhaustion of rebuilding after loss.

I walk through the C2R2E framework as a real-world map for personal transformation and resilience: Collapse exposes what was never built to hold pressure, Confrontation forces honesty about what is true, Realignment helps you build new systems for the life you actually have, Reclamation restores agency and steadiness, and Elevation becomes the higher standard you carry forward. Along the way, I get practical about boundaries and why peace rarely comes from “closure” or getting the other person to change. Peace comes from structure you control: clear limits, consistent communication, and protected access to your time and energy.

We also go deep on co-parenting and parenting plan structure. A parenting plan is not just a schedule. It is decision-making, transitions, school issues, travel, conflict resolution, and the details that prevent future blowups when stress is high. I also share why preparation, documentation, consistency, and self-control matter so much when you are navigating family court dynamics.

If you want extra support, I point you to my free Ironclad Parenting Plan course on YouTube and ways to keep going deeper through coaching and community. Subscribe for more conversations like this, share this with someone in a hard transition, and leave a review so more people can find the tools to build their next baseline.

  • When Your Old Life Stops Working And What To Do Next
    2026/04/26

Your life can fall out of rhythm without a single dramatic moment. One day the relationship, routine, job, or identity that used to hold everything together just doesn’t work anymore, and you’re left trying to “fix” a life that’s already changed shape. We built this conversation for that exact season, the one where your old baseline fails and you need something clearer than motivation to move forward.

We walk through C2R2E, a five-stage framework for personal growth and transformation: collapse, confrontation, realignment, reclamation, and elevation. I explain what each stage looks like in real life, from quiet collapse like chronic stress and emotional exhaustion to the honesty of confrontation, the slow rebuild of realignment, and the return of agency in reclamation. We also talk about why this pattern shows up across human history and storytelling, and how the right language can improve mental wellness by helping you name what’s happening instead of staying stuck in reactivity.

You’ll leave with a simple exercise you can do today: four questions to identify your C2R2E moment and one action that fits your current stage. I also introduce the Rise community, a structured space for resilience, insight, strategy, and elevation, for anyone ready to rebuild with more clarity and intention. Subscribe to The Next Baseline, share this with someone in a hard transition, and leave a review so more people can find the tools to build their next baseline.

  • When Your Child Pulls Away
    2026/04/23

Your child says they want a relationship, but their behavior keeps pushing you out. If you’ve ever been hit with words like “I don’t trust you,” “I don’t feel safe with you,” or “you hurt my mental health,” you know it’s not regular parenting stress, it’s grief that rewires your whole nervous system.

I’m Danny De Jesus, and I’m speaking from a fresh, personal wound: what it feels like when a child starts turning away after years of effort, co-parenting strain, and distance. We talk through the brutal mental inventory many parents do, the late-night searching for answers like parent-child estrangement, parental alienation, emotional cutoff, and how to tell the difference between a temporary adolescent storm and a deeper breakdown in trust and connection.

Most importantly, we get practical about boundaries. Unconditional love does not mean endless concession. An open door does not mean a one-way relationship. I share what I’m choosing not to do: no begging for connection, no bribing with gifts or vacations, and no letting panic dictate my next move. We also name the modern forces shaping kids today, from therapy language to online narratives, and how to take real responsibility without letting your entire identity as a parent get rewritten by the hardest moment.

If this hits close to home, listen all the way through and sit with the questions at the end. Then subscribe, share this with a parent who needs it, and leave a review so more families can find honest support.

  • When Life Falls Apart, A Structured Community Helps You Move Forward
    2026/04/19

Life doesn’t warn you before it changes. One day you’re managing, and the next you’re facing divorce, co-parenting stress, a career setback, leadership pressure, or an identity shift that makes everything feel unclear. I built the RISE community for those exact moments, when you don’t need hype and you don’t need another scroll, you need structure, support, perspective, and a real next step.

RISE stands for Resilience, Insight, Strategy, and Elevation, and it lives inside the larger Elevatus Coaching ecosystem. I explain who this digital community is for, why it’s designed to be solutions-driven, and how it becomes a launch point for people who are ready to stop drifting and start building forward. We talk about the power of community, the relief of realizing you’re not alone, and why clarity often shows up when someone else puts words to what you’ve been carrying.

I also connect RISE to my C2R2E framework for personal transformation: Collapse, Confrontation, Realignment, Reclamation, and Elevation. Real change happens in stages, and it takes time, honesty, discipline, and participation. I’m also clear about boundaries: RISE is not therapy, not clinical care, and not legal advice, but it can be a practical, accessible support space that keeps the work of growth close.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign or a next step, sit with the reflection questions at the end and decide what you want to build from here. Subscribe, share this with someone in a hard season, and leave a review so more people can find RISE.
