  • You’re Not Behind. You’re Processing Differently
    2025/10/17

In this empowering episode, Theresa Minnoch explores a struggle familiar to many neurodivergent parents and entrepreneurs — the constant feeling of being “behind.” From building success through systems and structure to managing adult life with anxiety and burnout, Theresa explains why that feeling isn’t the truth — it’s a reflection of how neurodivergent brains process the world differently. You’ll learn how your brain might not be slow — just multidimensional, taking in deeper, richer layers of information before moving forward. Theresa shares how this unique wiring often leads to brilliant insights and breakthroughs once everything clicks. In this episode, you’ll discover: Why both having and not having systems can trigger anxiety How to identify supports and accommodations that actually help your brain Why slower starts often lead to faster leaps later on How to reframe “I’m behind” into “I’m processing differently” The importance of community and coaching in building sustainable systems Theresa also shares simple ways to stop “white-knuckling” your way through life and start creating systems that work with your neurodivergence, not against it. ✨ Key Takeaway: You’re not behind, lazy, or broken — your brain just works differently. When you build the right supports, that difference becomes your strength. 💬 Join the Conversation If you’re a neurodivergent adult navigating parenting, business, or daily life, the NeuroTribe is your space for understanding, support, and connection. 🌿 Join the NeuroTribe Facebook Community: https://www.facebook.com/groups/ndcoach/ 👉 Join the NeuroTribe today: https://theresa-minnoch-6a60.mykajabi.com/offers/mEi2LpJz/checkout 🌱 For ages 18–29: Join the NeuroTribe 20s LaunchPad — a supportive space to build systems that fit how you work and learn. https://theresa-minnoch-6a60.mykajabi.com/offers/8WjAyuCm/checkout

  • Tylenol and Autism – What Parents Need to Know
    2025/10/08

In this powerful episode, Theresa Minnoch speaks directly to neurodivergent parents who have felt blamed, misunderstood, or dismissed. Following recent public comments linking Tylenol use in pregnancy to autism, Theresa shares her perspective as both a coach and a member of the neurodivergent community. She breaks down why these claims are not supported by historical or scientific context, reminding parents that autism has existed long before modern medicine—and that autistic individuals are not tragedies to be solved but gifts to be celebrated. Theresa also touches on how misinformation can harm families, how to stay grounded in truth, and why it’s essential to separate science from stigma. If you’ve ever been made to feel guilty for your child’s neurotype or questioned your worth as a parent, this episode is here to remind you: you did nothing wrong. 💬 In this episode: The truth about Tylenol and autism claims Why autism isn’t caused by parenting choices or medication The harmful effects of blame and misinformation Celebrating autism as a natural part of human diversity Encouragement for neurodivergent parents navigating judgment and gaslighting 🎧 Tune in, take a breath, and remember — your way is valid. 👉 Join the NeuroTribe today: https://theresa-minnoch-6a60.mykajabi.com/offers/mEi2LpJz/checkout 👉 Join the NeuroTribe 20s LaunchPad: https://theresa-minnoch-6a60.mykajabi.com/offers/8WjAyuCm/checkout Visit theresaminnoch.com for more resources, coaching, and community support for neurodivergent parents and adults.

  • Why Love Feels Unsafe for Neurodivergent Parents
    2025/10/01

In this episode of The Neuro Tribe Podcast, I’m diving into what it really means to experience love, self-worth, and connection as a neurodivergent parent and entrepreneur.

For so much of my life, love didn’t feel safe. Maybe you’ve felt this too — giving love comes naturally, but receiving it feels uncomfortable or even threatening. I talk about how our childhoods, marriages, and past experiences can condition our nervous systems to expect pain instead of safety in relationships.

I also share my own journey of discovering why I could love others unconditionally, even while struggling with low self-esteem, and why that breaks the “rules” we so often hear about love and self-love.

    If you’ve ever asked yourself:

    • Why do I give so much love but struggle to receive it?

    • Why does love feel unsafe, even in healthy relationships?

    • How can I learn to trust again after toxic experiences?

…then this conversation is for you.

Together, we’ll explore how to rewire the nervous system, move from fear into openness, and build the kind of safe, supportive relationships we all deserve.

👉 If you’re ready to experience love that feels safe and healing, press play now.
