 Hi everyone ! I’d like to invite you to join me in an observation of the nature of our thinking. In this session, we aren’t looking at what we are thinking, but rather observing how the process itself works. Instead of viewing thoughts as a hurdle, we can look at the mechanism—what I call the 'Reverse Projector'. We begin to see how we layer our own unique meanings onto the world, and in that seeing, there is a sense of ease. It’s not about changing your experience, but simply knowing the nature of how it is created. I hope this perspective brings you closer to your own nature today.
