  • The Decision You Made in 90 Seconds That's Costing You a Decade

    There is a decision you've been sitting on. You know the one. It's been on the list for weeks, possibly months, and every time you go to make it, life happens and you make it fast in the gap between everything else, or you don't make it at all. Either way it's costing you, and the cost is bigger than you've let yourself look at.

    In this episode I'm walking you through the decision I made 18 months ago in my kitchen, in about ninety seconds, with Scarlett asking me about something and my phone in my hand. It wasn't a wrong decision. It was a reasonable one. And it still cost me roughly 14 months of drag in the business, because I'd made a decade-scale decision at Snickers-bar speed with about 40% of the information I actually needed to make it well. The same thing is happening to you right now somewhere, and the reason it doesn't feel dramatic is the whole problem. I'm going to show you the filter I use to stop it happening, and why the women who build something that actually lasts are not the ones working harder. They are the ones who learned to make decisions from the future.

    Your sales have doubled and you are still the woman scanning prices in the supermarket aisle like nothing has changed. You are not crazy I promise, the structure you have built was never designed to pay you. Until someone names that out loud, you keep solving for the wrong problem.

  • Why Nothing You’ve Tried Is Working (And the Map That Finally Fixes It)

    You've delegated work, batched content and you've hired (more than once!). You've journaled the goals, run the morning routines and attempted to set the boundaries. And somehow you still feel like you are standing in the same exhausted place as this time last month, with more people to manage and the same nagging question: why is none of this actually making this easier?

    It's because you've been handed one piece of a much bigger map at a time, and the map only ever works when you build all the pieces together.

    This week I'm handing you the whole map. The Easeful Standard is the framework I've built across a decade of working with women who run real businesses while running real households, and it's the thing I wish someone had handed me twenty years ago back when I was still navigating all of it on instinct. It works across the three critical domains. Picture (what you actually want in your business and life), Posture (how you and your business stand and hold the load), and Presence (how you and your business move and decide).
