  • Why You’re Not Happy (And It’s Not Your Fault)
    2026/01/15

Why do so many people feel unhappy even when life looks “fine” on the outside?

In this episode of The Modern Philosopher, I talk honestly about the quiet unhappiness most of us carry — the kind that scrolling, productivity, success, or relationships don’t fix. We’re more connected than ever, yet more empty, anxious, and dissatisfied than ever before.

    This isn’t a motivational talk.

There are no steps, no hacks, no “5 ways to be happy.”

    We talk about:

    • why happiness feels so distant today

    • how childhood experiences shape adult dissatisfaction

    • why it might not be your fault

    • and why avoiding the internal stuff only makes things worse

If you’ve ever felt numb, lost, or like something is wrong but you can’t name it — this episode is for you.

This is Episode 6 of The Modern Philosopher — unfiltered thoughts, real time.

  • The Purpose of Life
    2026/01/09

What is it that actually makes us feel alive?

Is it the exams we prepare for, the careers we chase, the next salary bump, or the next hit of dopamine from scrolling, likes, and validation?

In this episode, I think out loud about purpose — not in a polished, philosophical way, but from the perspective of someone still figuring it out. From dreaming of becoming an athlete, to realising most of us don’t make the cut, to sitting with the uncomfortable question of “what’s next?”

I talk about comfort, ambition, experience, and why stepping outside your comfort zone — even when it goes wrong — might be the closest thing we have to meaning.

    This isn’t advice. It’s a conversation.

    Episode three.

  • Borrowed Beliefs
    2026/01/08

Most of what we think feels personal. Original. Earned.

But the more I sit with it, the more uncomfortable the idea becomes.

Every belief we carry has a lineage — a podcast we heard, a book we read, a conversation that stuck. Somewhere along the way, we borrowed an idea and quietly stitched it into who we are.

This episode isn’t about having answers. It’s about questioning identity, individuality, and what it actually means to be “different” in a world where we’re all influenced by the same voices.

If none of our beliefs are truly our own, then maybe what defines us isn’t what we believe — but how we live with those beliefs day to day.

    This is episode two.

    Borrowed Beliefs.

    Stay for episode three.

  • The Tiny Decision that Turns Normal People into Weapons
    2026/01/06

I’ve been realising something weird lately — most of my problems weren’t “big problems,” they were just tiny delays I kept letting win. That one-second hesitation before starting. That “I’ll do it after this” lie we all tell ourselves.

This video is basically me yapping about the one habit that accidentally made my life feel faster, cleaner, more in-control: doing things right now, before my brain builds a whole emotional obstacle course around it.

If you’ve ever felt stuck, overthinking, or annoyed at your own procrastination… this isn’t advice. It’s just a perspective shift that slapped me in the face and maybe might slap you too.

    Pleasure.
